Butterfly Pump

It’s a morphed group of bicycle, car, bed, and odd industrial parts discovered around the time we were building it. The heart of the machine is a peristaltic pump that has been laying around from the last build but that hadn’t been perfected or implemented yet. Almost everything got redone and after some stubborn engineering we finally managed to stabilize the perpendicular gearing system and get some serious pumping action. It seems capable of drawing water up from 2 meters and we haven’t found out how high it can push but seems capable of at least 4 meters. The Butterfly pump actually started out as a bug but while trying to figure out how to stabilize the contraption with some chopped up bedframe we noticed something undeniably butterfly and the name stuck. Here the pump functions to draw water from the basin and send it to fill up the Flower of Shower
